We wish, you don’t want to cancel the order. We do not have cancellation policy.

However, you can cancel the order if the order is still in processing and has not left our warehouse. We request you to drop a mail to us from the email id used for ordering the product along with order number to info@sportskhel.com. On receiving your request, we will reach back to you in 24 to 48 hrs time informing the current whereabout.

In case, if the order is already dispatched then we will not be able to cancel the order.

For all successfully cancellation confirmed from our side, we will initiate refund from our side, and it can take up to 12 to 15 days to reflect the same in your bank account/card depending upon induvial bank accounts.

At times, there are 3 to 5% transactional charge levied by payment gateways depending upon payment method used. This % amount will be deducted while issuing refund.
