Q. How do I determine the correct size of the product?
You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the ‘Size Guide' link on the product page located above the 'Buy Now' button.
This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.
Q. What can I do if the product is not available in my preference size?
If a product is not available in your size, you can write a mail to email@example.com.
We will get back to you when it comes back in stock. We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock.
Please note that sometimes we may not be able to procure the item in your size. In such cases you will not receive a notification from us.
Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from Sportskhel.com.
This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
Please not that text message is limited to Indian phone number only.
Q. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
Q. How do I check status of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging against your account.
This page also has a courier tracking number that can be used to track the status of the order at our courier partner's website.
It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website.
Q. How can I find out if Sportskhel.com deliveries to my pin code in my country?
You can find out if Sportskhel.com delivers to your PIN Code using enter the pin code option tool located below ‘Add to Cart’ button.
The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
Q. How long it takes to delivery my product?
We deliver most of our orders within 7 to 15 days from the order date.
Few international order take time to send due to distance and documentation formalities.
Q. How are orders placed on sportskhel gets delivered?
All orders placed on Sportskhel.com are dispatched through other courier partners such as Blue Dart, UPS and speedpost.
Q. Does Sportskhel deliver products outside India?
Yes. We do deliver products outside India through our International courier partners.
Q. What are the shipping charges on Sportskhel products?
Sportkhel offers free shipping within India on all products if your total order amount is Rs. 500 or more.
If you total order amount is below Rs.500 then Rs 200 will be levied as Shipping Charges.
Q. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-44 28418975.
In case the order has already been processed then shipping address cannot be changed.
Q. How can I pay for my order in Sportskhel.com?
We support the following payment options at Sportskhel.com:
There is no cash on delivery option.
Q. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.
If your payment still fails, and payment has been debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 21 business days,
after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
Return and Refund
Q. What is the return policy and how does it work?
Sportskhel shall not replace sports items due to the nature of products and sports clothing for hygiene purposes unless it is returned for reasons mentioned below:
1. You receive a damaged / defective product
2. You receive a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order

Upon receiving Your complaint, Sportskhel shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Sportskhel is convinced that the complaint is genuine,
Sportskhel will replace the product.
Q. How do I return a product to sportskhel.com?
In order to return any products sold through the Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz:
1. Please notify Sportskhel of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours,
Sportskhel Shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;
2. Products should be unused.
3. Sportskhel will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event Sportskhel is unable to do so,
Sportskhel will notify You regarding the same and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within
one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation
4. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
5. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit
6. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Sportskhel in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
Q. Final decision on whether a returned item will be retained by us or sent back to the customer shall be taken by Sportskhel Team.
Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false,
incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Q. How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
Refunds will be subject to the following:
Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by Sportskhel;
If the product can be repaired by the service centre, Sportskhel would get the same repaired and send it back to You.
A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or Sportskhel.
Q. Does Sportskhel.com pick up the product I want to return from my location?
No. Currently we don’t provide this service.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy but unless there is something wrong with the purchase,
we are generally unable to offer refunds. Please refer terms and condition for more detailed information on cancellation/return policy.

relaying your feedback on the purchase and the order codes you wish us to cancel. Sportkhel will process the request governed by terms and condition.
Sportskhel will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
